Beginners Course  - August 23, 24 & 25, 2012 (Max. 8 participants)

Advanced Courses – 2x 1 day courses,  August 27 & 28, 2012. (Max. 4 per day)

Fees:

  • Beginners Course – R4000 per day : Total cost R8000 for both days.
  • Thursday session is included if registered for both days, or R1000 extra if registered for one day.
  • Advanced Course – R5000 per day.
  • Early registration Discount – register by February 29th, 2012 and receive 10% discount.

Thursday:  The business of Aesthetic Medicine

Registration starts at 5pm. Course between 6 to 8pm.

This course will provide valuable insight into the business aspects of Aesthetic Medicine. Get a glimpse of the statistics of industry growth, demographics and the approach to become very successful. Office setup, patient recruitment, retention and satisfaction pearls and tips will be shared.

Friday:  Botox Course

Registration at 8am. Course is from 9am to 5pm.

This course is designed to equip the practitioner in performing office based Botox Cosmetic treatments. Learn the approach, dosing and important safety considerations when performing Botox treatments on the glabella, brow lift, forehead and crows feet areas. More advanced areas will also be discussed and time allocated according to the needs of the participants. Participants are encouraged to provide their own patients for hands-on treatment under supervision. Treatments will be demonstrated live before the practical session begins.

Saturday:  Dermal Filler Course

Registration at 8am. Course is from 9am to 5pm.

This course is designed to equip the practitioner in performing office based Hyaloronic acid Dermal Filler treatments. Learn the approach, treatment methods and important safety considerations when performing dermal filler treatments for the cheeks, naso-labial lines and lips areas as well as the more advanced areas according to the needs of the participants. Participants are encouraged to provide their own patients for hands-on treatment under supervision. Treatments will be demonstrated live before the practical session begins.

Monday & Tuesday:  Advanced Botox & Dermal Filler Courses

Registration at 8am. Course is from 9am to 5pm.

Participants will receive academic and one on one hands on training of all the advanced areas that can be treated with Botox and Dermal Fillers. This course is open to practitioners that have completed the beginners course or that have been practicing aesthetic medicine for a minumun of 2 years. Participants are responsible to arrange their own models. 2 Patients are required as models and should be appropriate for advanced area treatment. The amount of product Allergan will provide is unknown and participants are asked to bring a minimum of 2 syringes of dermal filler for training purposes.
